We will implement an effective management system, which will be deployed throughout the company and which will give our employees clear business objectives, as well as processes, systems and tools, enabling them to deliver quality superior service to our customers. We will deploy a framework in which performance and compliance with these objectives are continually ensured and reported to the company's General Management, integrating the implementation of improvements if necessary. This quality policy will be communicated to all staff in our company. This quality policy will be reviewed annually to confirm that it is still adequate as part of the management review of our quality management system.
